Sometimes the best places to take engagement photos are the places just around the corner from where you live. I work right behind this random field. I took E there a few times to take photos but was finally courageous enough to bring one of my couples. There is something so raw and authentic about taking a random little field and creating this magical art from it.
We spent a lot of time laughing and wandering around to get the best shot. The light was filtered by the small mountains and when blue hour finally hit you could even see a snow-topped Big Bear in the background.
I can’t wait to shoot their wedding in 2020 in Palm Springs!
