If you could imagine yourself back on your wedding day most of us wouldn’t imagine being married in the midst of a pandemic and protests but this couple will! These two were suppose to get married at the San Diego courthouse but due to the courthouses closing that day because of scheduled protests they asked me that morning if I minded if their friend officiated their wedding and I could snap a few photos and how could I say no. I was excited that I was going to be able to capture their vows for them. It was such a sweet little ceremony and afterwards we celebrated in their wedding outfits to commemorate this moment. Elopements and micro-weddings are a new way of getting married in 2020 and I am so excited to be part of this!
